dc.description.abstract | Individual motivation arises from within the individual and arises from autside the individual, and both have an influence on achievement in work. The help of fellow employees then produce an effect on job saatisfaction and employee peformance. PT. Angkasa Pura creating moyivation for the employees and provide job satisfaction, so that employees can increase achievemen and vrovide benefits for companies. Formulation of the problem in this research are : 1) how to influence work motivation on employeed performance, 2) ) the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) how the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Internation Airport. As for the porpose of this research is: 1) The effect of work motivation on employee performance, 2) ) The effect job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) The effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Internation Airport. Froms of research used in this research is a from of associative research with a quantitative approach. Method of data collection is done through a questionnaire, literature study and documentation study. Sample authors take as many as 80 respondents. Using a formula that multiple regression analysis, R-square, or the coefficient of determination, F test and test t. with the aid of computerized system (SPSS version 21.0). The results showed that motivation to work has a significant effect on work performance with a value of 0,000, job satisfaction has a significant effect on work performance with a value of 0,008. The coefficient of determination test was abtained adjutsed R Square - 0,46,3 which shows the performance at PT. Angakasa Pura II (persero) Kualanamu Internation Airport amounted to 46,3% and the remaining 53,7% (100 to 46,3%) explained by othe factors that are not included in this study. | en_US |
