Analisis Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja OHSAS 18001 Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Coca Cola Amatil Medan

Abstract

Basically to doing his job, employees are not immune from the called risk in the work. Both the level of risk in mild or severe. To minimize the risk of loss is required a management system for managing safety and health of employees in order to increase employee productivity so companies can compete with other companies. In this case PT. Coca Cola Amatil Medan implement a safety and health Management System (SMK3) OHSAS 18001. The method used is quantitative research with assosiative approach which aims to analyze the relationship of a variable with another variable. In accordance with the title of the study is to determine Effect Analysis Application Management System Occupational Health and Safety OHSAS 18001 for Employee Productivity PT. Coca Cola Amatil Medan. This study was conducted with 54 respondents employees. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis, the F test and T test. The result showed that simultaneous independent variables consisting of the commitment of top management (X1), rules and OHS procedure (X2), the communication of workers (X3), the competence of workers (X4), work environment (X5), the involvement of workers (X6) effect to variable employee productivity (Y). But there are two partially independent variables that worker competence variable (X4) and variable involvement of worker (X6) has a negative effect and no significant effect on employee productivity. From this results obtained by the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.601 indicating that independent variable influence to variable employee productivity by 60.1%, while the remaining 39.9% is influenced by variables not examined in this study.
