Pengaruh Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

The change that is happening regularly at sector information and technology made every businessman have to competitive in increasing profit to survive. Human resources that can develop and accept the change is precious asset for company to transform the company better and then increasing performance of company in short and long period. The purpose of this research is to know the possibility of the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health Program Against Employee Productivity and to know how big the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health Program Against Employee Productivity in PT. Sampali Plasindo Industri. This research method used associative research method with quantitative data analysis that search the relation between variable X and variable Y. Variable X is safety and health and variable Y is productivity. Sample of this research is all of the employees’ in PT. Sampali Plasindo Industri. The sample took using total sampling technique with total 35 people. The data collected then analyzed using quantitative data analysis technique. Based on the result of research and continue with analyze collected data using correlation product moment formula, then the result is there is the significant relation and positive in middle degree between Effect of Occupational Safety and Health Program Against Employee Productivity about 0,427 and value of sig (2-tailed) is 0,010<0,05. With value of the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health Program Against Employee Productivity is about 18,2%.
