Evaluasi Pengelolaan Dana Desa Berdasarkan Undang Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa (Studi Kasus Desa Halaban Kecamatan Besitang Kabupaten Langkat)

Abstract

This research contains a description of the village fund management evaluation is based on Law No. 6 of 2014 on villages in the sub-district village BesitangHalabanLangkat district. As for the finished study and research focus is an evaluation of the village fund management starting from preparation, planning and execution of the village fund. Specifically in this research will elaborate on how the flow of funds allocation village based on Law No. 6 of 2014 in the village of Halaban. There was also a review of the implementation of the village fund that aims to increase participation and equitable development, welfare and community services through the village is a village-scale development in the description part of this research. The source of the data used in this research come from interviews with some respondents were concerned, archives, and some of the survey results of the pre institutions conducting research related to the village fund management based on Law No. 6 of 2014 about the village. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative method descriptive is to create, describe, summarize a variety of circumstances with different variables that appear on the object of this Universitas Sumatera Utara 7 research and say the fact through the collection of these data sources are then studied, processed, analyzed and then interpreted to be presented descriptively. Then, the theory used in this research is the theory of public policy that the author used to analyze the process of implementation of the policy, in this case the Law No. 6 of 2014 about the village. Next to dissect concretely related to the evaluation of fund management villages in rural Halaban towards equitable development and improvement of public welfare will be collaborated with the concept of evaluation, which will depict the stages of the management of village fund in the village Halaban objectively both of the stages of preparation, planning and implementation of the Act the.A few thesis about village fund management evaluation is based on Law No. 6 of 2014 on villages in the sub-district village BesitangHalabanLangkat district.
