Abstract

Methods of analysis used in this study is a qualitative method which is descriptive, namely by creating, describing, summarising the various conditions with a variety of variables that arise on the object of this research and reveal facts through the collection of data for later studied, processed, analyzed and then interpreted being presented in a descriptive, adapun theory that the author use in research is a public policy, environmental political theory and political development.
