dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to test the effectiveness of CBT for reducing obsessive compulsive disorder in child viotims of sexual violence. CBT intervention using cognitive restructuring techniques and exposure response prevention techniques. Cognitive restrucnring techniques used to identify and remove the irrational rhoughts (obsessions). Exposure respons€ prevention techniques used to reduce the compulsive behavior of individuals. Subjects in this study as much as a person. Experimental methods used by ABAB design. The results showed that the application of Cogrritive Behavior Therapy with the methods of cogrritive restructuring and exposure response ptevention methods on the subject showed a decrease in score stage pr€test with a score of23, on stage with a score of 19 postest and follow up on stage with a score of 17. Thus rhe obsessive thoughts decreased pretest score of I 1 on stage, on stage with a score of l0 postest and follow up on stage obsessive score decreased to 9. The measurement results compulsive score decreased by a score of 12 on the pretest. At postest with a score of 9 and at follow-up phase decteased with a score of 8. Based on the measurement scale is still the subject of obsessive compulsive disorder in the medium category (moderate) on before-after giving treahnent. Qualitatively seen any change in either the subject of cognition, emotion and behavior that is the subject began to understand the problems occurred and is awa.re of the irrational in het thinking and tryinC to reduce the compulsive behavior. In this case still needs further provision treatnent to reduce the obsessive-compulsive disorder experienced by the subject.en_US
