Respon Masyarakat terhadap Keberadaan Posko Terpadu di Kampung Kubur Kecamatan Medan Petisah

Abstract

The number of drug users in Indonesia recorded very high making this country a target illicit trafficking. One of the government’s efforts t address the problem of trafficking and drug abuse are catch drug provider and drug dealer. The village Kubur Subdistrict Petisah Tengah District Medan Petisah Medan City an area in Medan largest drug nest. Drug transactions are done transparently in this village. Government programs to stop drug abusers in the village Kubur by setting up integrates post which serves as a checkpoint for residents and foreigners in and out of villages. Besides the presence of integrated post is also intended to hold regular raids of homes so that this village can be free from drugs. According to the Medan government’s policy integrated post was held for three months. Hipes after their integrated post improve the welfare of society and to empower them with various programs organized by a team integrated post. This research is descriptive research. The population in this study are community of Kampung Kubur as many as 1093 people. The sample in this research amounted to 59 people who deemed understand about drugs problem in Kampung Kubur and competened to answer list question who researcher gives by them. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis using the Likert Scale. The result of the data anaysis conclude community respon to presence integrated post in Kubur Village District Medan Petisah gets a positive value scale likert response 0,48.
