Abstract

Mother and baby death is one of public health benchmark, desuccsesfull of partnership programe beetween shaman baby and midwives al research location has made the positive impact for public healt develpment, This research is for knowing description midwives dan traditional birth attendants succsesfull programe in pressing number of the mother and baby death at Teluk Ambun village District Singkil, District Aceh Singkil. By this research hopefully can developt concept and theories that connected whit public health development. This research is done at Teluk Ambun village District Singkil District Aceh Singkil this research is the qualitative-deskriptiv research with informant main 4 person and informant key 2 person, for getting date, research uses qualitative analysis methodewith descriptive date analysis technique. Base on resulth date analysis is cunclude death midwives and traditional birth attendants partnership at research location ha been better it can be proved by allocation of fundc and the good facilities infrastrukture, support softskill and motivation among partner, devideng job clearly, there is meetig, the good decision making, good coordination and moral support from, socieaty elite, mother chilbed, village head and goverment.
