Evaluasi Kinerja Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam Menjaga Kerukunan Umat Beragama di Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Irony Religion teaches religion on the one hand a good thing, which gives instructions on how moral is run, which teaches love and brotherhood actually even religions that contribute to conflict and wounding harmony. Relationship conflicts, mutual suspicion, bigotry and other forms of other negative relationship appears everywhere. This urgency requires harmony pilot project should be a priority in North Sumatra. Therefore, the condition of disharmony that begin to appear in society was born, efforts to prevent it and keep it. Among the most effective way is inter-religious dialogue, seek a solution by way of kinship. As a follow up of the dialogue, it gives sutu siatuasi that comforting. Religions in North Sumatra build unity for peace, of unity government is taking the right momentum to facilitate religious harmony by forming a government official forum;Forum for Religious Harmony (FKUB) on the basis of the Law of the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs and the Minister of the Interior 9 and 8 in 2006. By looking at the above explanation the study was conducted to evaluate the performance of FKUB North Sumatra based duties and functions of the dialogue, the aspirations, aspirations, socialization regulation of religious and community empowerment. The authors wanted to see if the performance FKUB North Sumatra by the main task has been able to maintain harmony in the province of North Sumatra. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and review of literature. Then qualitative analysis methods used by outlining and describing the data obtained in the field to obtain a clear picture of the object under study and then draw conclusions. The main informant, key informants, and additional informants in this study is a line of Sumatra FKUB Board and other stakeholders who deal directly or indirectly with FKUB Sumatra. The conclusions of this study concluded that the results of the evaluation is based on the principal task in keeping the people of North Sumatra in order to remain in harmony shows the paradox, that the people of the level of religious leaders, councils, and community leaders throughout the province (society) performance has done well, but to the people of grassroots not maximized done, this occurs because inadequate budgetary FKUB Sumatra that can not menjagkau layer of an immense complex in North Sumatra. Therefore it is urgent to FKUB Sumatra adequate budgetary channeled so FKUB Sumatra can maximize the entire program of work, especially to people under a lot of unrealized.
