Respon Peserta Terhadap Program Luar Hubungan Kerja PT. Jamsostek Dalam Wadah Pembinaan Anak Mandiri Indonesia di Kelurahan Sei Kambing B Kecamatan Medan Sunggal Kota Medan

Abstract

RESPONSE TO PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS OUTSIDE OF EMPLOYMENT PT. JAMSOSTEK IN CONTAINERS PEMBINAAN ANAK MANDIRI INDONESIA DI KELURAHAN SEI KAMBING B KECAMATAN MEDAN SUNGGAL KOTA MEDAN. This thesis consists of 6 chapters, 87 pages, 27 tables, 2 images, 2 attachments, and 15 literature and other sources stemming from the Internet. Social Security workers as intended for all mankind to anticipate and provide protection for workers in employment and outside employment. Advances in technology in various sectors of activity development can result in a threat to the safety, health and welfare of labor itself and creates productivity. So that State has an obligation to protect and provide social security for its people as stated in the 1945 Constitution. Social security a program to provide protection to public employees registered under the auspices of the company or voluntarily enrolled in the social security programs outside the employment relationship. This study focuses for the examined the response of participants to the program outside of employment in the container Guidance Children Mandiri Indonesia in respect of the Employment Accident Insurance (EAI), Collateral Deaths (CD), Old Age Security (OAS) and health maintenance warranty (HMW). The research was carried out in containers Pembinaan Anak Mandiri Indonesia located Sei Kambing B at village Sei Sunggal Medan City District. This type of research including descriptive study with a sample of the population and as many as 23 people. Engineering methods of data collection with questionnaires, interviews, observation and library research, while the techniques of data analysis using quantitative dekriptif approach, where data processing was done manually, the data collected from the most dominant and analysis of the data to see trends. Research results can be concluded that the response of participants to the program of Foreign Employment Relations PT. Jamsostek in Pembinaan Anak Mandiri Indonesia container is good and positive through the calculation of the knowledge and understanding of the program is 0.77, Work Accident Insurance program is 0.64, the program Death guarantee is 0.65, Old Age Security program and the program is 0.65 Health Insurance is 0.56.
