Abstract

This thesis titled “ the application of the principles of community development program in increasing family income business prosperous in medan helvetic subdistrict the city of medan “.Thesis it consists of six chapters , problems discussed in this thesis is how the application of the principles of community development program in increasing family income business prosperous in medan helvetic subdistrict , that is where the increasing family income business prosperous is a program that in doing by bkkbn to the acceptors or pre prosperous family whose aim to make the acceptors joined in uppks groups can improve the welfare of his family . The study is done in kecamatan medan helvetic of the city of medan as one of the program be done by the population and family planning ( BKKBN ).This research in a research descriptive with a qualitative approach aimed at depicting objects and its phenomena study.To obtain the data need, so this research using a technique data collection study literature and study to a fieldwork consisting of interviews and observation. The results of the analysis data show that been an increase in family welfare participate in the program of increasing revenue of family planning that in which diterapakannya principles community development in the program are very helpful they in achieving its objectives the they to participate in the program of increasing revenue prosperous family (UPPKS ).
