Analisis Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Labuhanbatu Selatan dalam Percepatan Pembangunan Tahun 2011-2015

Abstract

This research tried to describe how the performance of local government South Labuhanbatu to accelerated the local development. As a new district with the process of regional autonomy, the South Labuhanbatu is expected to show progress, especially in development sector. For a new autonomous region, the availability of facilities and infrastructure that exist in district South Labuhanbatu of course still in a conditions of minimal and limited. That’s why it is important to be known anything the policy that has been made by the local government South Labuhanbatu in an effort to development and improving the welfare society. This research uses several the theories and concepts of that’s the theory of performance, the theory of development, the theory of public policy and local government. This research is a qualitative research with a technicque of data collection, primary and secondary data. Primary data are obtained by the books, data, and official documents and secondary data obtained with interviews by the method of data collection techniques through purpossive sampling method or technique of collecting data also interviews with sources is who knows the information.
