Abstract

General selection is an instrument for mobilization and activates the support of citizenry of country and the government by joining in politic process. Everyone in society has different background and context. That is why the condition of the society is heteregenous and has variations. From the social condition, economy, psychology, and culture. There are also some groups of categorical in society, like sex, age and education. These things influence the behavior of politic in the politics moment later, because they will implicate to the knowledge development and preference later. Society which has high pluralism culture, there are various activities and it is impossible there are difference in implementation, for understanding the behavior of politic, we need the observe from multidimension point of view. Therefore, this research will try to analyze the behavious sugarcane worker PTPN 2 Kebun Sei Semayang in Binjai in geneal election 2010 and analysis factor which influence sugarcane worker in forming attitude and voters behavior in Binjai regant election 2010. The theory which to explain that problem is politic behavior theory and factors that influence the behavior of politic. This theory is used to get seeing the sugarcane worker behavior and factors that influence it in give choice of Binjai regant election 2010.
