dc.description.abstractBPJS Program Employment Non-Beneficiary Wages is a form of protection, maintenance, and improving the welfare of informal sector workers and their families. With the program BPJS Employment Non-Wage Recipients, automatic informal workers workers get protection and social security when experiencing accidents while working so that the risk to experience losses when working can be minimized which impact on the emergence of financial risks that affect the welfare of the family. This research is classified as descriptive research type which aims to describe BPJS Labor Non-Beneficiary Wage program for Traditional traders in Melati Market, Selayang Subdistrict. As for the sample in this research is 93 traditional traders in Melati market. Sampling technique used in this research is sampling technique. To obtain the necessary data, this research uses data collection techniques as the distribution of questionnaires and literature studies. Meanwhile, data analysis technique in this research uses quantitative descriptive in order to know the frequency distribution of a data which is then calculated and presented. In the process of program evaluation seen from several aspects of input, process, output and impact of the program to the trader. The results of data analysis concluded that some traders do not know well about the program BPJS Employment Non-Beneficiary Wages. This is because the lack of information in the form of socialization obtained by the traders that can not be felt by the traders about the program. But for some traders already know the benefits and goals of the BPJS Employment program. Traders are very supportive in the process of technical improvement implementation so that the program can dirayann by informal sector workers and able to grow better again.en_US
