Employees are a very important workforce in the implementation of
corporate activities. In the current situation it is possible to change conditions for
good workers because of illness, accident and death. Therefore, the safety and
comfort of employees in the work must be prioritized by the company through
BPJS Employment program, thus creating a safe working atmosphere. BPJS
Employment is a form of protection given to workers and their families against
various risks of the workforce.This research aims to determine the response of
employees of PT Socfindo Kebun Tanah Gambus BPJS Employment program.
Response means that a good behavior or attitude from pre-comprehension of
understanding, judgment, influence or rejection, like or not and utilization on a
particular phenomenon. In this case the employee's response is shown to the Work
Accident Insurance (JKK), life insurance (JK), Old Age (JHT) and Retirement
Guarantee (JP) scheme held by the company. This research is classified as
descriptive research with population amount 173 people which then taken sample
counted 63 people. The sampling technique in this research is a random sampling
technique because the type of employee that is homogeneous. To obtain data, the
researcher uses questionnaire research instrument. In conducting data analysis,
the researcher uses quantitative analysis method with descriptive data analysis
technique. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that the
employee response regarding BPJS Employment program viewed from the aspect
of employee perceptions have a positive perception, it can be seen from the
knowledge and understanding of employees about the program BPJS
Employment. While the attitude of employees have a positive attitude, it can be
seen from the benefits that have been perceived by employees and employee
participation has a neutral response, it is due to lack of employee participation in
following the activities undertaken by BPJS Employment officers.
