Pengaruh Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan Bidang Agribisnis terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Sipogu Kecamatan Arse Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan

Abstract

In general, the problem of poverty is closely linked to agricultural problems in Indonesia. The most basic problem for most farmers Indonesia is the problem of limited capital owned by the farmers. In order to overcome these problems, a program launched by Rural Agribusiness Development (PUAP). The program aims to help reduce poverty and create jobs in rural areas and assist the strengthening of capital in business activities in the field of agriculture so as to improve the welfare of farmers. Attendance PUAP program is expected to address the problem of capital difficulties faced by farmers. This thesis is submitted in order to qualify earned a Bachelor of Social Affairs, with the title "The Influence of National Program for Community Empowerment Rural Areas Self Against Agribusiness Sector Socio-Economic Level of the Village Community District Sipogu South Tapanuli Arse". This study aims: 1) to determine whether there is a significant relationship between program PUAP with socioeconomic level respondents Sipogu village, using the interpretation chart Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and rt tables, 2) to see the large donation from the program influence PUAP of socioeconomic levels village respondents Sipogu shaped units percent by using the formula coefficient of determination (KD). This research uses research methods explanative. The sample in this study were members of farmer groups in the village PUAP Sipogu Tapanuli Arse Southern District amounted to 39 people. Instrument of data analysis used were questionnaires, interviews,and tabulation of data containedin a single data table. The results showed the influence PUAP program that is strong enough to socioeconomic conditions Sipogu village. It can be seen with the interpretation of the Product Moment correlation coefficient table of the calculated correlation coefficient observed for rxy = 0.61 which lies between 0.60 to 0.799 which means a significant positive correlation is strong or high. So that the nil hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha accepted the donation of 37.21%.
