Faktor-Faktor Penyebab dan Dampak-Dampak Terjadinya Perceraian di Kota Medan (Studi Kasus di Pengadilan Agama Medan Kelas I-A)

Abstract

Marriage is a bond between the inner and outer man and woman as husband and wife for a family happily ever after, which is based on the trust and confidence of the same. However, in reality many couples who can not carry out their obligations so there is no reason for them to continue the marriage that caused the divorce. The number of divorces in 2014 showed as many as 2183 divorce case that was decided and in 2015 increased the number of divorce cases reached 2372 cases were decided Pengadilan Agama Medan Kelas I-A. The research was conducted using qualitative-descriptive, which is a survey conducted with the aim to illustrate, describe objects and phenomenon. Technique analysis is carried out by analyzing the data that begins by examining all available data from various sources collected, studied the data, and organizing it. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause divorce and effects of divorce in the city of Medan. Research results from informants indicates that factors into the cause of the divorce was a factor in domestic violence, economic problems, there is no responsibility in fostering a household ark, infidelity, and communication was not good. The impact of divorces there are two negative and positive impacts. The negative impact was traumatic for the couple, the psychological disorders for children, and family relations the two sides also broken. While the positive impact of relief and calm and able to perform usual activities.
