dc.description.abstract | This study discusses the implementation of the Manpower Social Security Program (Social Security) in the PT. Citra Baru Commercial Medan. Social Security Program was implemented in PT. Citra Baru Commercial Medan since 2005, ie since the company began operational. The program is aimed at all employees working in PT. Citra Baru Commercial Medan both permanent employees and outsourcing. The program includes Accident Insurance, Death Insurance, Old Age Security, Health Insurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Social Security program in PT. Citra Baru Commercial Medan in the process of socialization of Social Security, Social Security registration process to all employees of PT. Citra Baru Commercial Medan, Work Accident Insurance, Death Insurance, Old Age Security, Health Insurance. The population in this study were 174 participants. Then the samples were taken at 15% of the population, approximately 26 participants. To direct this study the research method used is descriptive quantitative, the tabulated data from the questionnaires in a single tabulation list and then analyze it so that it can be clearly seen the results of the study. These results indicate that the Social Security Program in PT. Citra Baru Commercial Medan has been little understood in terms of the socialization process Social Security, Social Security registration process to all employees of PT.
