Penerapan Metode Pekerja Sosial dalam Penanganan Anak Berhadapan Hukum Oleh Upt Pelayanan Anak dan Remaja Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Children are expected to be the embryo of the birth of a new generation, where children become the next generation of ideals of the nation's struggle is expected to bear the duties and responsibilities and participation in building the nation and state. Given the number of children who have committed violations of the law, the Technical Implementing Unit of Child and Adolescent Services carries out a counseling of a child who commits a violation of the law and also works with the social worker so that accompanying the child can be done well. In social worker practice social worker method is needed to deal with child face to law so that child can return again and accepted in society. This research was conducted at Technical Implementation Unit of Child and Adolescent Service of Tanjung Morawa Sub-district of Deli Serdang Regency. The key informant in this research is one of the staff who handles legal and social worker. The main informant is the law-facing child residing in the Technical Implementation Unit and the Additional Informant is the Parent of the law-facing child in the Technical Implementation Unit of Child and Adolescent Services. Technique of collecting data with with observation and depth interview, data obtained in field then analyzed by researcher qualitatively explained until finally daat drawn conclusion from result of this research. The result of the research shows the implementation of social worker method conducted by social worker in Technical Implementer Unit of Child and Adolescent Service which has a goal so that the child facing the law which is being developed gets positive development so that it can become the young generation which is expected to continue the generation of nation and state .
