Pengaruh Tunjangan Sertifikasi Terhadap Kesejahteraan dan Kinerja Guru di SMP Swasta Dharma Patra Rantau Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang

Abstract

In the process of education, the teacher has a very important role. The teacher is a person who has the ability to design learning programs and be able to organize and manage the classroom so that students can learn. However, low salaries of teachers, especially teachers in junior Patra Overseas Private Dharma, Aceh Tamiang difficult for teachers to act professionally in carrying out their duties. The number of teachers who work in the informal sector to supplement their income support activities resulted in a profession that should be a teacher like reading books, browsing the Internet or seminars can not be done due to lack of time and expense. Through the teacher certification program into action for the welfare and improvement of teacher competence. This study aims to determine the effect of certification on welfare benefits and performance of teachers in junior Patra Overseas Private Dharma, Aceh Tamiang. This research was conducted in Patra Dharma Overseas Private junior, Jalan Jakarta, Pertamina Complex Overseas, District Rantau, Aceh Tamiang. This type of research is a descriptive study that aims to describe the effect of certification on welfare benefits and teacher performance. The samples in this study were 13 teachers who have been certified in Patra Dharma Overseas Private junior, Aceh Tamiang. While the techniques of data analysis in this study using a single table and described in detail. Based on data analysis, it can be seen that there are significant benefits to the welfare and performance certification of teachers in junior Patra Overseas Private Dharma, Aceh Tamiang.
