Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Pemberdayaan Warga Binaan Anak oleh UPT Pelayanan Sosial Anak dan Lanjut Usia di Kecamatan Siborongborong Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara

Abstract

The problem of abandoned and disadvantaged children is a social problem that still shackle the world including Indonesia. This problem is feared bad impact for the future of the nation in the future because sometimes disadvantaged children and displaced must be nurtured and be briefed and equipped to realize that the younger generation to lead this nation. Development and Protection of children is one of the initiatives UPT Social Services Child and Elderly to help abandoned children and underprivileged through empowerment and attended public schools in Siborongborong. Empowerment provided isin the form of skill seat and salon. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of development programs by the children of inmates UPT Social Services Child and Elderly Siborongborong North Tapanuli. Type of studies are descriptive type that describes the effectiveness of the implementation of empowerment programs by the children of inmates UPT Social Services Child and Elderly Siborongborong. The sample in this study 20 children of inmates. Technical analysis of the data using a single table and entry input data from SPSS Statistic version 22 and explained quantitatif by a Likert scale. Conclusions obtained through analysis of the data that the effectiveness of the implementation of development programs by the children of inmates UPT Social Services Child and Elderly in District Siborongborong Resident North Tapanuli is Effective. The calculation result is said to be affective from several measurement that have been done on understanding the program as much as 0.55, 0.15 targeting accuracy less affective,timeless as 0.58, from 0.75 as the achievement of objectives, and of real change as much as 0.79.
