Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Mahasiswa atas Pengambilan Keputusan dalam Memilih Departemen Ilmu Administrasi Negara sebagai Tempat Kuliah (pada Mahasiswa USU 2013/2014)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of motivation, perception, attitudes and interests either partially or simultaneously to the selection of public administration department. The analytical method that is used in this thesis is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 16. The data in this study is primary data obtained through the survey by distributing questionnaires sent to 70 respondents. In the present study tested the validity, reliability testing and classical assumption. Hypothesis testing is then performed partially or simultaneously by using probabilities, significance > 0.05. Partial test results indicate that the motivation, perception, attitudes and interests have no effect on the selection of public administration department. while simultaneously test results showed that the motivations, perceptions, attitudes, and interests effect on the selection of public administration department with the effect of 22.5%
