Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Efektivitas Pelayanan Pegawai pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DPPKBP3A) di Kabupaten Kampar saat Pandemi COVID-19

Abstract

This purpose of this research to see how the influence of organizational climate on the effectiveness of employee services at the Office of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPKBP3A) in Kampar Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The subjects used in the research were DPPKBP3A Kampar Regency employees, totaling 60 people. This research uses a correlational quantitative research method using a Likert scale based on the dimensions of organizational climate proposed by Stringer (2012) with a total of 29 items and service effectiveness proposed by Epstein (1997) with a total of 23 items. The results of the research show that the influence of the organizational climate of the 60 employees who worked at DPPBP3A in Kampar Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic was the most subjects as many as 54 people (90%) classified as neutral, then 3 people (5%) classified as positive, as many as 2 people ( 3.3%) was classified as negative, and 1 person (1.7%) was classified as very positive. Meanwhile, the service effectiveness of 60 employees at DPPBP3A in Kampar Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
