Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Pemberdayaan Keluarga melalui Model Family Care Unit (FCU) di Desa Sambirejo Timur Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Family Hope Program ( PKH ) is a program that provides conditional cash assistance to very poor households ( RTSM ) which is defined as a participant PKH Yeah . In order to obtain help, CCT participants are required to meet the requirements and commitments related to improving the quality of human resources ( HR) , namely education and health . This study aims to determine the extent of the effect Family Hope Program ( PKH ) to the socio-economic communities in the Village West district of Medan agul Sei . This research is an explanation that is to test whether a variable is associated or not with other variables . To test the effect, the authors use quantitative data analysis with test methods Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Coefficient of Determination . The research was conducted in the Village West district of Medan Sei agul using community sample of participants / beneficiaries of CCT as many as 70 people . Based on data analysis that has been done can be seen that the effect Family Hope Program ( PKH ) has a strong relationship with the socio-economic communities in the Village West district of Medan agul Sei . This is because the Family Hope Program ( PKH ) can offset the cost of school fees and the cost of health of pregnant women and infants so that poor families can set aside its revenue for other purposes . In addition , the companion CCT also has an important role in the creation of a strong relationship between CCT with Sei agul RTSM in the Village West district of Medan.
