Abstract

In the Middle of the current progress of the times experienced by many countries including Indonesia, it turns out we can still meet many Indonesian people who still live remote with a range of limited access. One of the isolated communities can be found in Dusun Partukkoan Desa Salaon Dolok Kecamatan Ronggur Nihuta Kabupaten Samosir. To eject the community of remoteness, the government through the Social Welfare Department Of North Sumatra policies Remote Indigenous Communities empowerment program. This study aims to determine how the Citizens ResponseIn Dusun Partukkoan Desa Salaon Dolok Kecamatan Ronggur Nihuta Kabupaten Samosir Against Remote Indigenous Community Empowerment Program by the Social Welfare Department of North Sumatra. In this case, to determine the response of remotes can be seen through the perceptions, attitudes and participation. This research is classified as descriptive describe the conditions and facts about how the Citizens ResponseIn Dusun Partukkoan Desa Salaon Dolok Kecamatan Ronggur Nihuta Kabupaten SamosirAgainst Remote Indigenous Community Empowerment Program by the Social Welfare Department Of North Sumatra. Respondents in this study amounted to 60 families. Data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis techniques will then be analyzed through data tabulation. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the remote indigenous community empowerment program received a positive response from the inmates with a value of 0.07. Consisting of perception with values of 0.04 and 0.16 and attitudes with parsisipasi value with the value of 0.03. Inmates feel helped by this program and hope that the government still consider the lives of its citizens.
