dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine the relationship between coping strategies and the resilience of the online motorcycle taxi driver community. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods using the CART-AS Part B scale compiled by Pffeferbaum et al (2015). and the COPE Brief scale was made by Carver (1997) then the two scales were translated by the researcher with the help of the supervisor. The subject of this research is 245 online motorcycle taxi driver from Indonesia. The data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that out of the three types of coping strategies (problem focused coping, emotion focused coping and avoidant coping) only one type that has a positive relationship and significant to the resilience of the online motorcycle taxi driver community during the Covid-19 pandemic. The implication of this research is that problem focused coping contributes to the resilience of one's community, which means that someone can solve problems or reduce stressors by doing and making plans to solve problems or reduce stressors to increase community resilience.en_US
