Pengaruh Kehadiran PT. SOL (Sarulla Operational Limmited) Panas Bumi Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Pahae Juluh Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara Sumatera Utara

Abstract

In the era of globalization increasingly rapid growth of the company. The company is one of the instruments of the economy, any country is very large role in the economy of motion. However, on the other hand the company can not be separated from social issues. With the presence of PT. SOL in District Pahae Julu North Tapanuli North Sumatra Researchers saw many social communities that occur around the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect the presence of PT. SOL (Sarulla Operational limmited) Geothermal against the District Public Welfare Pahae Julu North Tapanuli, North Sumatra. This research method using an explanatory type, that is research that specifically conducted with the aim to test or prove the hypothesis. This research was conducted in the District Pahae Julu North Tapanuli regency of North Sumatra with a total sample of 100 people. Data collecting technique through of questionnaires to the community who met randomly. The data obtained are tabulated into charts and process the data further analyzed quantitatively by simple linear regression analysis, then test the t-statistics and Test F. Based on the analysis it is concluded that the presence of PT. SOL (Sarulla Operational limmited) have Effect Against Public Welfare in District Pahae Julu R value-Square show the influence of 0,016 or 1.6%. From the test results of the tstatistics means that the partial presence of PT. SOL real impact on people's welfare Pahae Julu. Influence on the look based on Health, Education, Labor, Housing and Environment.
