Respon Masyarakat Terhadap Pelaksanaan Program Simpanan Keluarga Sejahtera (PSKS) di Kelurahan Sei Kera Hilir II Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan

Abstract

In the current situation is very possible changes in economic conditions are getting worse for every strata of society, especially the family could be due to the lack of jobs, lack of skills and abilities dimilikki, until due to the difficulty of the competition to get a decent job to make ends meet - day. Issues addressed in this study is how the public response to the implementation of the Saves Family Welfare Program (PSKS) in the village of Sei Kera Hilir II subdistrict of Medan Struggle . Aiming to know the public response to the implementation of the Saves Family Welfare Program (PSKS) in the village of Sei Kera Hilir II subdistrict of Medan Struggle. Through this research is expected to develop concepts and theories - theories that relate to community development. This research was conducted in the village of Sei Kera Hilir II District Struggle Medan. This research is classified in type a descriptive study with a total population of 274 RTS is then taken a sample of 27 people. The sampling technique in this research is by using systematic random sampling technique. The reason researchers using systematic random sampling technique is due to the large population in a study. To obtain the data, researchers used a questionnaire research instruments. In analyzing the data, researchers used quantitative analysis methods with descriptive data analysis techniques. Based on the analysis concluded that the response of the community as beneficiaries Saves Family Welfare Program (PSKS) from the aspect of following the terms and conditions of payment giropos and monetization deposits Saves Family Welfare Program (PSKS) get a positive response from the beneficiaries of the program, it can be seen from an understanding of beneficiaries regarding the terms and conditions in the monetization process deposits the Family Welfare Program saves. While aspects of the administration of law memilikki negative response, it is caused by a lack of public knowledge about the program saves Family Welfare (PSKS) in depth.
