Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien dan Keluarga Terhadap Pelayanan Kesehetan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial di Puskesmas Jalan Letjen Jamin Ginting Nomor 540 Padang Bulan Medan

Abstract

The rights of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and his family is a human right and recognized by all nations of the world, including Indonesia. Indonesia, the philosophy and the basic precepts of Pancasila state, especially the 5th recognizes the rights of citizens to health. This research uses the descriptive study that aims to depict or describe objects and phenomena under study. This study aimed to describe or portray the overall satisfaction of patients and families to health care Social Security Organizing Body that is given by the Centre for Public Health (HEALTH) Letjen Jamin Ginting No. 540 Padang Bulan field that numbered 100 with 35 people are free, and 65 people who pay. The result showed that the level of satisfaction of patients and families to health services in the Social Security Agency Lt. Jalan Jamin Ginting Health Center No. 540 Medan Padang Bulan is satisfied with the health services provided.
