Indonesia is one of the developing countries with various types of problems that began to
appear in it. One of the major problems facing the nation of Indonesia is in the area where the
population is still high rate of population growth today. Indonesia is one country that has a
large population, namely 235 355 196 inhabitants in 2010. To overcome these problems the
government made family planning (FP), in particular family planning program organized
BKKBNSU vasectomy.
KB vasectomy program is get good response from the acceptor, although in theory the
program will receive a positive response. But this is uncertain because in determining the
response can be seen from the variable, ie perception, attitude, participation. Given these
conditions, every acceptor in different areas will have will have different responses to a
program provided by BKKBNSU. This study aims to determine the Response Against
Acceptors Vasectomy KB Socialization Program on hold BKKBNSU The city of Medan.
Type of descriptive research method uses the troubleshooting procedures that describe or
depict investigated with the object of research on how to respond Acceptors response. The
research was conducted in BKKBNSU in the city, amounting to 40 acceptor fields.
Based on the data that has been collected and analyzed can be concluded that the average KB
vasectomy program received a positive response from the acceptor with a value of 0.79.
Consists of the perception of the value of 0.62 and 0.95 as well as attitudes to the value of
