    Abstract
    Employee Engagement had become one of the issues in the studied of human resource management, when employees feel engaged, the employee realizes his responsibility in achieved business goals and motivating his colleagues to achieve success in the organization. Employee engagement had related to job satisfaction, caused employees to experience positive emotions and be able to manage their ability to perform well to complete the demands of their workers. It can be seen from the attitude of employee satisfaction with work and everything in the work environment by be influenced by the provision of incentives, motivation and rewards from leaders, or other additional benefits so as to make employees work productively in the oganization. This process will bring out the spirit of the spirit of work and optimize its performance to achieve work effectiveness towards the organization. The research aims to determine the analysis of employee engagement and job satisfaction as an effort to increase employee work effectiveness in CU. Cinta Kasih Tigapanah. The formulation of the problem in this study how analysis employee engagement and job satisfaction as an effort to increase employee work effectiveness at CU. Cinta Kasih Tigapanah which will be analyzed through the previous theory. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection through interviews and observations. Secondary data retrieval through documentation against the CU. Cinta Kasih Tigapanah. The data analysis process had carried out by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions. The result of this study had the application of employee engagement and job satisfaction as an effort to increase employee work effectiveness had gone well and it can be seen that engaged employees feel that the organization had paid attention to employee desires in terms of material, skills, direction, and meeting employee job satisfaction so as to produce employee work effectiveness while carrying out their duties. However, there had still a need for improvement in its implementation such as organizational policies in terms of attendance, entry hours, structuring documents so that they had more neatly organized, time management in completing tasks, so that they will get better work effectiveness and employees can work optimally as expected.
