dc.description.abstractTalking about good governance will not be separated from the implementation of regional autonomy. Regional autonomy is closely related to the village authority. The authority of the village is a village owned rights to the full set its own internal affairs. Implementing regional autonomy is the community and the government. Society is well positioned to participate and the government in the position of service providers. Services of government is certainly related to the cooperation of all parties, both legislative and executive, so the need for good cooperation relations between the two sides. Good governance can only be executed if the implementation of regional autonomy has become a habit in the passage of the wheels of government. Qualitative research within the framework of descriptive method approach (Descriptif Method) wants to see an overview of cooperation village heads and village consultative agency in achieving good governance. Data was collected in the form of direct interviews and literature study. The informants in this study is the village chief, the head of BPD, BPD, Head of Hamlet, and villagers. Cooperation between the village chief and village consultative agency becomes central to the success of regional autonomy, in the case of Pohan Tonga village, regional autonomy successful because of the excellent service from the village government so in a public participation can be driven. Good governance will not run if regional autonomy can not be executed properly. Aspects of service excellence and community participation in the spotlight of regional autonomy is an important aspect in determining the application of good governance as a condition of good governanceen_US
