Sosial Ekonomi Keluarga dan Hubungannya dengan Prestasi Belajar Anak di SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Medan
Abstract
In learning a lot of factors that affect student achievement, one of which is
socio-economic background the child's family. The higher the socio-economic
background of the child, the higher the achievement of learning achieved. The
purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the learning achievement of children
(students) at SMK Telkom Medan Putra Sandhy. (2) to describe and analyze the
socio-economic background of children (students) at SMK Telkom Medan Putra
Sandhy. (3) To describe and analyze the relationship between the family and the
socio-economic results of learning achievement of children in SMK Telkom
Medan Putra Sandhy.
Analysis of the research used in this research is descriptive qualitative data
analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to describe, analyze, and interpret data from
research informants, the Socio-Economic Background Family and Children's
Achievement in SMK Telkom Medan Putra Sandhy .. informants in this study
were 6 class XI student of SMK Telkom Medan Putra selected Sandhy better
school achievement based on academic grades (report cards) as well as the results
of the Olympics have been followed by the student. Then determined that students
with the status of the overall winner of each department.
Results of this study are: (1) socio-economic background of children
(students) SMK Telkom Medan Putra Sandhy mostly belonging to the middle and
upper categories. (2) Student achievement SMK Telkom Medan Putra Sandhy
classified in the high category. (3) there is a significant relationship between
socio-economic background and academic achievement of children in SMK
Telkom Medan Putra Sandhy.
