Implementasi Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan di Kota Medan (Studi pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil)
Abstract
Through the Administrative Information Systems (SIAK) is expected to increase
the productivity of the employees work in providing services to the community, such as
where it has been regulated in Law Number 23 Year 2006 on population administration.
Naidoo who has experience and manage their own autonomy regarding goverment has
also adopted this system in regulating the administration of residence. This is seen in the
Regulation of Medan on the implementation of SIAK. With the existence of this system
is expected to appear on the actual state of residence and is also expected by the
population data to assist other government programs in order to continue development
into a better direction.
The purpose of this study is to see and describe the implementation of the
Population Administration Information System (SIAK) to the public. In this study also
will be the realization of the service provided to achieve the goals set by the
government. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive method with
the form of qualitative data analysis, the analysis unit consisting of a key informant is
the Head of Population and Civil District Naidoo, head of the main informants Civil
Registration, Chief Information Officer and Head of Population and Policy Population
Register. Additional informants were Kasi while recording Perkawinanan, Divorce,
Confession, and the Ratification of the Child, Kasubbag Finance and Personnel, and
General Kasubbag and Supplies.
Conclusions obtained from this study is the implementation of the Population
Administration Information System services to the community is well implemented in
accordance with what has been stipulated in the Act. Which can be seen that the
services and facilities provided by the Department of Population and Civil have to say
either, although more needs to be maximized to achieve better
