Kontribusi Anak pada Sosial Ekonomi Keluarga di Desa Tanjung Sari Kecamatan Batang Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

The poor family economic condition requires the child to make charge in family economic responsibility partially and cause the child can not use his childhood age even the child encourage to be adult before the time. This is a phenomenon in Indonesia that did not only for the child in the big cities but also in the rural area. The same reason encourage the child to involved in satisfy the family economic need. The involvement of the child into the family social economic always found in the society. This has the various background. Based in the important of the development psychological care of the child and the economic capability of the society in the lower to middle class encourage the child involved in the work. In order to get the data and required information, the research use 30 child as respondent because the population in rural village of Tanjung Sari is not more than 100 child who involved in the work, that determined by purposive sampling. This research is conducted by interview and questionnaire and field observation. The type of research is a descriptive study and the research method is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it concluded that the child who involved to provide the contribution either in social or economic and they also drop out from school to help the family economic.
