dc.description.abstractABSTRAK The title is about law reproduction at Rusunawa in Tanjungbalai Town. This study aims to determine the formation of law in Rusunawa and how the law processes, being created, changed, manipulated, interpreted, and implemented in the life of the inhabitants in Rusunawa. The location of the research is Rusunawa Tanjungbalai, in Jl. Sei Agul, Kec. Sei Raja. The method used in this writing is ethnographic method with participation observation and in-depth interviews techniques, which the author is directly involved and stayed at Rusunawa Tanjungbalai. The problems that occur in the development of Rusunawa are very complex, the inhabitants as actors living in the flats play an important role for the success of the development processes. The Inhabitants of Rusunawa will keep doing adaptation process that will make the inhabitants do continuous activity which leads to habitual and triggers the inhabitants to the create its own informal rules. Rusunawa as semi-autonomous social field views the law containing the decisions, policies, and rules that become the guidance for the inhabitants to behave. These rules show behavior that reflects the cultural values which are capable of supporting or even obstructing the development goals of Rusunawa.
