This research is intended to know the effect of tocopherol administration to the
leukocyte count and differential counts at.female adultmouse (Mus musculus L.) which
made to obtain maximum physical exercise. This research used 25 mice which divided
into one control group and four treatment groups. The first group (PO) as the control
group did not obtain any treatment The second group (Pl} obtained only maximum
physical exercise everyday in 28 days, the thitd group (P2) obtained maximum physical
exercise and 0,5 ml/day per oral aquadest in 28 days, the fourth group (P3) obtained
only maximum physical exercise everyday in the first 14 days, and obtained maximum
physical exercise and 2 mglday per oral tocopherol in addition for the next 14 day~ the
last fifth group (P4) obtained maximum physical exercise and 2 mg/day per oral
tocopherol in 28 days. The result showed that tocopberol administration did not
influence the average of leukocyte count · and differential counts and the average of
basopbils, eosinophils, limphocytes · and monocytes count and amount of female mature
mice (Mus mU$culus L.) which obtained maximum physical exercise (P>0,005); but the
tocopherol administration influence the average of neutrophils count and amount of
female mature mice (Mus musculus L.} which obtained maximum physical exercise
(P<0,005). Maximum physical exercise did not lead the occurrence of oxidative stress
which affected the leukocyte count and differential count tocopherol as antioxidant
could depress the neutrophils count with 2 mg/day per oral dose in 14 days.
