dc.description.abstractThe research was motivated by the importance of the role of human resourcesas employees who have high morale in an organization they work for, by providing motivation in the form of welfare programs,the good interwoven of organizational communication, and the work experience then morale can be improved. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of welfare programs, organizational communication, and work experience towards the morale of the employees at PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, Medan. This research uses the quantitative method with the approach assosiatif. The population in this research was all the employees who worked on the office of PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Medan which totaled 109 people, and based on slovin formula obtained samples as many as 52 people. The sample technique in this research conducted by to technique probability of sampling by random sampling approach. The method of analysis that used is the validity test, reliability test, t-test f-test, the classical assumption test, linear regression analysis test, and the coefficient determination (R2 The results showed that the welfare programs variable indicates the t ) test. count (0.672) < ttable (2.01063) with the sig. of variable amount 0.505 that means welfare programs have no effect towards the employees morale. The variable of organizational communication shows that the tcount (4.401) > ttable (2.01063) with the siginfication number amount 0 (zero), which means the Organizational communication variables have positive and significant influence toward the employee morale variable. The work experience variable shows tcount (-0.380) < ttable (2.01063) with the siginfication number amount 0.705. which means the work experience variable have no effect on the employee morale variable. Analysis of the determination coefficient can be revealed by the R Square value 0.397 (39.7%) which means it can be affected by welfare programs, organizational communication, and work experience, while the rest of 60.3% influenced by other variables that are not included in this research.en_US
