Business people are well aware that to win the competition that there was
not enough just to good marketing system, but also in communicating with the
right products to consumers through Personal Selling. Personal Selling Activity
on Tupperware products are constantly responding to the wishes or needs of
consumers.
This study entitled Influence of Personal Selling on the Purchase Decision
on Tupperware Outlet Jalan Ampera 1 Medan Helvetia. This study aims to
determine how much influence the Personal Selling Tupperware Outlet Purchase
Decision on Jalan Ampera 1 Medan Helvetia.
Forms of research used in this research is associative with quantitative
approach. Samples in this study was 96. Data analysis technique used is the
method of calculation instrument test with validity and reliability. Data analysis
simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using Statistics data
processing software.
Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis known that
Influence Purchasing Decisions Personal Selling to the Outlets Tupperware Jalan
Ampera 1 Medan Helvetia. because the value of the coefficient obtained is
positive, ie 0.469. Based on the results of the partial test or t test result that
Personal Selling significant effect because the value t is greater than t table and
sig t is smaller than the alpha value of 0.1.
