This research is motivated by the importance of employees as human
resources at the company. The employee is an asset to the importance of a
company, and job performance is the main thing to be considered by the company
to employees. There are several factors that affect employee performance include
training and development. Training is assured that one employee can perform the
task successfully to achieve results, the development also needs to be improved
knowledge, skills that can be perceived job performance.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the impact of
training and development on employee performance PT. Bakrie Sumatra
Plantations Tbk. Kab range. Shavings. Because the goal is the first.
This research was conducted by a quantitative method with associative
approach. popolasi in this study amounted to 38 people with a total sample of 38
people. Data analysis method used is hypothesis testing, test instruments, classic
assumption test, regression test, test the coefficient of determination R2.
The results showed that the variable partial, shows thitung (3.765)
<(2.00958) with sig. 0,001 which means training variable positive and significant
effect on employee performance. Variable thitung development (4,080)
<(2.00958) with sig. 0,000 which means the development of positive and
significant impact on employee performance. Analiais coefficient of determination
seen from R square value of 0.830 (83.0%), which means that job satisfaction can
be influenced by pelatihdan mn and development, while the rest of 17% influenced
by other variables not included in the study.
