The research was distributed by the importance of employees as human
resources at the company. Employees are an important asset for the company,
and job satisfaction is the main thing to diperhatikanoleh company. Many factors
that affect job satisfaction employees are self Efficacy and motivation. Self
efficacy can be assured that an employee can carry out with success some action
or future and achieve results, it also needs to be improved so that the motivation
of the job satisfaction can be felt, but not given the motivation of the employees
will feel the dissatisfaction in the works.
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the contribution of self
efficacy against employee job satisfaction, motivation against employee job
satisfaction, and influence self efficacy and motivation towards job satisfaction of
employees of PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Medan
This research was conducted with quantitative methods with the associative
approach. An oh this research totalled 109 people with total sample as many as
52 people. Methods of data analysis used was a test of the hypothesis, test
instruments, test the classical assumptions, multiple regression test, a test of the
getermination of the coefficient R2.
The results showed that the variable self efficacy partially, showing thitung
(1.392) < (2.00958) with sig. of 0.170 meaning self efficacy variable positive
effect and does not significantly to job satisfaction of employees. Motivational
variables thitung (5.550) < (2.00958) with sig. of 0.000 which means a positive
and significant effect of motivation towards job satisfaction of employees.
Analiais coefficient of determination R square value of views of 0.498 (49,8%)
which means job satisfaction can be affected by self efficacy and motivation, while
the rest of 50.2% influenced by other variables that are not included in this
research.
