Abstract
With the development of technology that is growing fast, so as to improve
the performance of the company and employees, companies can optimize human
resources and one of the ways to optimize the human resources to provide comfort
and job satisfaction. Based on this view, the authors conducted research on
Influence of Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management
System to Employee Loyalty to know the influence of employee loyalty to company
health and safety management system.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health and safety
management system K3 on employee loyalty at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV
Unit Usaha Adolina, Perbaungan.
This type of research is associative research with quantitative approach.
The population in this study were employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV
Unit Usaha adolina totaling 75 people and data collected through questionnaires
to 75 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is done with the
technique of Non-Probability Sampling with sampling method used is saturated
samples, the data type is the primary data and secondary data. Data analysis
technique used is a test instrument that is Test Validity and Test Reliability, Test
Normality. Data Analysis Method is Simple Linear Regression and Hypothesis
Testing with t test (partial) and the coefficient of determination (R2).
The results showed a very strong influence and positive impact on the
influence of health and safety management system on employee loyalty at PT.
Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Usaha Adolina always provides full guidance and
supervision and facilitates all APD of employees and gives full health insurance
to its employees.
