Respon Anak yang Berkonflik dengan Hukum terhadap Program Pelayanan Sosial oleh Pusat Kajian dan Perlindungan Anak (Pkpa)

Abstract

The child who is a legal conflict with the alleged son, indicted or convicted in a legal matter. Children in conflict with the law which can be categorized into children who need special protection because not a single child can be deprived of their freedom in violation of law or arbitrary. The arrest, detention or imprisonment of a child must be in accordance with the Act, and is used only as a last resort and for the shortest duration and precise. Therefore comfort the child as having problems with the law can be protected by the social service programs. Social service programs is a form of protection and driving through the resources provided that help people improve their social competence, influence and change behavior and solve the problems of adjustment. This study aims to determine how children respond to conflicting legal premises of social service programs by PKPA. Response mean that a behavior or attitude either pre tangible detailed understanding, assessment, or impact resistance, like it or not and the use of a phenomenon certain. In this case the child response directed against the Legal Services program, counseling, Victim Rescue Pickup, Inspection and Monitoring Health Conditions. Results of research can be concluded that the response to children in conflict with the law as children have received assistance from Institute PKPA, very good and positive through the calculation results in the Legal Services program is 2.36, Counseling is 2.78, Saving Pickup Victim is 2.85, Check Condition is the 2.475 Health and Monitoring is 2.625 and the average rating scale was 8.22. Response can be studied children with a variety of ways such an approach, flirting, playing together, following her movements, and obey his will. This makes it easier for researchers to analyze the various questions raised. Then the results obtained it becomes an image for the Institute, especially to maintain the quality of social services programs for children that conflict with the law.
