Kualitas Perekat Tanin dari Beberapa Kulit Kayu Mangrove

Abstract

The adhesive of tannin was made from barks which used to exterior plywood . The purpose in this results is using waste barks as adhesive produce and knowing the quality adhesive in used . This methods had done two different method , soaking with water in temperature 70 ° C and soaking with acetone until 12 hours . In three various Mangrove trees are Avicennia marina ( Forssk . ) Vierh , Bruguiera gymnorrhiza ( L. ) Lam , dan Rhizopohora mucronata Lam . The result of research show that exctract tannin and wood kinds significant at extract tannin content , the amount of stiasny , density , gelatin time , non volatile content , viscosity but non significant at acid temperatur . In general quality of the tannin adhesive yielded has not fulfilled Indonesia National Standart , only adhesive density and gelatin time fulfilling qualitification qualitifyed .
