Abstract

This thesis entitled "Evaluation to The Implementation of partnership Program in Medan Area By PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV of North Sumatera”. This thesis consists of six chapters with 122 pages. The issue discussed here is how the implementation of Partnership Program in Medan area by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV of North Sumatra. The purpose of the research is to investigate the implementation of Partnership Program is one of the corporate social responsibility programs which is managed by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV of North Sumatera in helping people develop independence with small businesses. Type of the research is descriptive method, which aims to describe the real situation regarding the implementation of Partnership Program by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV and describes the response of partners built the Partnership Program. The population was 246 partners that target a sample totaling 25 partners assisted with purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the techniques of data collection using observation, interviews and questionnaires then the data is analyzed through descriptive statistics. The conclusions obtained through analysis of the data include: (1) from several conditions set by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV to be executed in the implementation of partnership program such as the provision of lending, monitoring and delivery of training, there are things about the monitoring that does not comply with the provisions. (2) Partnership Program positively impact the target partner. (3) The achievement of a harmonious relationship between the company and the community through the Partnership Program. (4) PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV gives a positive perception for the community through the Partnership Program. (5) The absence of professional social workers who participated in the implementation of the Partnership Program run by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV.
