dc.description.abstractHealth Degree’s of poor Community which that still low, it happen resulted to get health services and cost for get health too high. The Government had gave warranty for poor community health’s about health services from realization the policy of Community’s Health Warranty. Distric Hosiptal in Sidikalang did health warranty program to poor community, in this case given health services, include gift medicines, service for suistinable away patient and suistinable home patient who is service medicine act, diagnostic movement, blood services and another services. This research is descriptive, with sum of population 200 people and whose sample of the population is 10% from sum of population is 20 patient in District Hospital consist of away patient and home patient. Analize data technical used Likert scale for measure community attitude, perception and their participation about community’s healts warranty. Respondents had given Kuesioner than their answer made into table and than to analized with Likert Scale. Results from this research concluded that the citizen responses who received the program consist of away patient and home patient is very good and positive through the results of a calculation using the Likert scale, even for the away patient, citizen attitudes of the program is worth 0,92 , citizen perceptions is worth 0,683 , citizen participation is worth 0,185 and average value the scale is 0,596, For Home patient, citizen attitudes of the program is worth 0,73, citizen perceptions is worth 0,916 , citizen participation is worth 0,558 and average value the scale is 0,743. This makes it easier for researcher could analyze the various questions raised. Then this result is a description of the Institute in particular to maintain and improve the quality of Citizen Health’s Warranty Program in Distric Hospital Sikalang City.en_US
