Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Hotel Rudang Berastagi)
Abstract
This study, entitled influence Leadership Style and Culture Organization
the Employee Performance Hotel Rudang Berastagi. The purpose of this study
was to analyze the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees
at Hotel Rudang. This study also aims to analyze the influence of organizational
culture on employees' performance on Hotel Rudang Berastagi and analyzing
leadership styles and organizational cultures together have an influence on the
performance of employees at the Hotel Rudang Berastagi
The theory used in this research is the theory of leadership styles,
organizational culture theory, theory and performance theory hotel. Where we
want to know the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on
employee performance.
The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative approach
with a view to find the relationship between independent variables with the
dependent variable using the formula statistik.yakni examined the association
leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance Rudang
Berastagi Hotel. While the statistical formula used to test the hypothesis is
Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The population in this study were students
Rudang Berastagi Hotel employees numbering 50 people. The sample in this study
amounted to 50 people as research subjects when less than 100 people, it is better
taken all that research is the study populatio.
Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that
the most dominant factor is the influence on employee performance
organizational culture it proved with the largest standardized coefficient.
Organizational culture in a positive and significant influence on employee
performance. The better the culture of the organization, the performance of
employees will increase. Leadership style has positive influence on employee
performance means that if the leadership style better, then the employee's
performance will increase.
