Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Simpan Pinjam Perempuan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perkotaan di Kelurahan Setianegara Kecamatan Siantar Sitalasari Kota Pematangsiantar

Abstract

National Program for Community Empowerment Programme was launched in the year 2007 is formed on the basis of the increasing number of poor people in Indonesia and can not be independent. The goal is to improve the welfare of society and employment opportunities of the poor to become self-sufficient human and supporting efforts to improve the Human Development Index (HDI). This study used a descriptive type of research because it describes the subject or the object of research in the form of data that already exists and aims to describe the characteristics of the subject or the object in detail. This research was conducted in the village Setianegara District of Siantar Siantar Sitalasari Pematangsiantar the number of 26 respondents specifically on micro-credit activities in 2012. Based on data analysis, we can conclude Implementation Effectiveness Women Savings and Loan Mandiri National Community Empowerment Program Urban Village Setianegara Kecematan Siantar Sitalasari Pematangsiantar is effectively measured by several indicators: Comprehension Program, Target Accuracy, Timeliness and real change.
