| dc.description.abstract | Tobe member in Jamsostek program is the laborer right. All of company in
Indonesia have obligation to include their laborers in Jamsostek program. As a
company, PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara Belawan obligated implementation the
Jamsostek program for the laborers. Focus of this research was evaluated of
Jamsostek program implementation by PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara Belawan. The
aim of research was knew Jamsostek program implementation by the company.
This research was descriptive research. The aim of research was showed
description of program Jamsostek implementation, start in introduction the program,
registration of laborers as Jamsostek program members and implementation social
services for Jamsostek program members. There are 30 of 135 laborers of PT. Sarana
Agro Nusantara Belawan have been identified to serve as samples/respondents for
this research. This research used purposive sampling technique and made field of
work as a determine. Information or data got by used questionnaire, and then
confirmed by interview. Qualitative – descriptive data analysis used in this research.
The findings of this research have led to some discoveries: First, globally PT.
Sarana Agro Nusantara Belawan had introducted Jamsostek program for the laborers
goodly. PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara Belawan made policy included all of laborers as
members Jamsostek program and jointed in all of the services program, there are
Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja, Jaminan Kematian, Jaminan Hari Tua dan Jaminan
Pemeliharaan Kesehatan. Secondly, PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara Belawan registered its
laborers by self in PT. Jamsostek. But, the little of laborers tobe members in second dan
third of month their work started. Thirdly, generally Jamsostek program implementation
for all of the service programs were good. But, there is one of issues not so good
