Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai di Kelurahan Pandan Kecamatan Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah

Abstract

This study is the research on Direct Cash Assistanced, and in this study tried to discuss the evaluation of implementation of the Cash Assistanced program in the village Langusng pandanus Tapanuli district. Direct Cash Assistanced Program is programmed government starting in 2005 until the year 2008. Direct Cash Assistance program is a short-term programs to offset rising fuel prices, this program is intended for poor families across Indonesia so that they can maintain daily life and the family economy during the rise in fuel prices. Direct Cash Assistance was given Rp. 300,000 per quarter and the recipient took it to the post office after a previous oil compensation Card and its implementation remain supervised by the Government The purpose of this study was to collect data to be selective about the Direct Cash Assistanced in the village of pandan, results, obstacles and causes during the year 2005-2008 so that we can know and analyze it more clearly. Population in this research is the recipient of 40 people Direct Cash Assistanced because of less than 100 then the whole of the population sampled. To direct the research methodology used is descriptive qualitative data tabulated from the questionnaire results in a single tabulation list and then analyzed so that we can see more clearly the results of the study. These results indicate that the Direct Cash Assistanced program has not done well because of lack precision Direct Cash Assistanced recipients and the recipient's inability to maintain the economic life needs such as buying rice, milk, and other educational expenses and with the Direct Cash Assistance did not stimulate the recipient to alter his life by using funds Direct Cash Assistanced according to the original purpose. Direct Cash Assistanced program is said to succeed in the village of pandan only to service complaints, so the need to increase the future implementation of this program in order to create positive things for the community are beneficiaries.
